Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we received your package. 

• For Non-Quality Problem

 If not quality problem or not our fault, you shall pay for the shipping cost to return.

• For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem

We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.

You need to provide below information in the email

1. Order number

2. The Sku of the products which need to return or exchange

3. Evidence pictures to shown faulty items

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
